Two bloodlines shall be born this year from your daughters, lord Slytherin. One, that is born from your non-magical daughter Qwen, shall remain non-magical, a maternal bloodline from mother to daughter until that a second-born daughter is born with the first magical powers ever in her line. The bloodline by the son that your magical daughter Sunniva will give birth to in six months on 31 December, shall become a paternal line of pure-bloods until that a daughter of that house gives birth to a half-blood son in little over 926 years…in exactly 980 years, on this very date of 31 July, lady Qwen’s Muggle-born descendant shall give birth to a daughter. But that child’s fate will be doomed from the very first breath she will take, because at the exact age of 15 months after her birth…this last-born magical descendant of your older daughter will be killed by the last descendant of your younger daughter.
Two OC sisters I have created for one of a my first fanfic stories in the Harry Potter world, who lives in the end of the 10th century and beginning of 11th century England, and the two daughters of Salazar Slytherin:
On the left: Qwen Leod neé Slytherin (980-1070 A.D), the oldest sister and also the firstborn child, is sadly born as a Squib and therefore have no magical powers. Normally, this would have meant that she could have gotten killed in order to have the Slytherin family not losing face in having a non-magical daughter, were it not for the fact that her mother, Lady Cearo Slytherin, was of a frail health with not too great chances to have children and a social unrest among magical families in fear that Muggles would reveal them somehow. At the age of 19, Qwen is quietly married off to a Muggle husband and never returns to the Wizarding world, however respite her lack of magic she turns out to be the lucky winner of the two sisters in having a happy marriage which results in eight surviving children, three sons and five daughters, and lives to the grand old age of 90 years old
On the right: Sunniva Gaunt neé Slytherin (982-1000 A.D) the younger daughter and younger half of a twin pair, where she was born with Rinc Slytherin, the only known son of Salazar Slytherin. It was said that carrying the magical twins damaged the already frail health of Lady Cearo Slytherin, who ended up bedridden for most of her remaining life before finally dying from illness in 993 A.D, only a few months before Hogwarts opened its gates for the first students. A powerful but highly selfish and haughty witch, Sunniva was known from a early age as a very high marriage match among the Pure-blood families thanks to her father Salazar being one of the four Hogwarts Founders and a good lineage. Some time after entering Hogwarts and being one of the first students in the student house Slytherin, Sunniva was betrothed to the oldest son and heir to the House of Gaunt. However, in early 1000 A.D, Sunniva made a massive mistake which would quickly end her pre-marriage life: By using a love potion to seduce her soon-to-be husband, Sunniva ended up making herself pregnant and to avoid a scandal, she was quickly married off in a much earlier marriage ceremony which had been planned to happen after that she finished the seventh year at Hogwarts. On 31 December, Sunniva ended up dying in childbirth after the difficult birth of her single child, a son, caused by a internal bleeding
